Toni&Guy stylists were styling the stars at the Scottish Fashion Awards 2013 for the sixth year running.

Led by Artistic Director Chie Sato and the Toni&Guy Session Team at the Style Lounge at The London Edition Hotel, they created an exclusive pre-party pampering service – styling the hair for the many VIP guests that attend each year.

“It was so much fun to be able to work with the team to create lots of different and exciting styles for the guests, which really added to the excitement of the event,” says Chie.

The awards were presented by MTV’s Laura Whitmore at a ceremony in London’s Dover House to acknowledge the hard work of many of Scotland’s finest fashion designers, leading industry brands and creative talent.

Co-hosted by Alistair Carmichael MP the Secretary of State for Scotland and awards founder Tessa Hartmann, awards were given to established designers such as Chanel who won Scottish International Designer of the Year 2013 and Christopher Kane who won Scottish Designer of the Year 2013.

Designer Pam Hogg, who Toni&Guy has created catwalk hair for at London Fashion Week for the past four seasons, was presented with the Creative Excellence Award 2013.

This year, which also marks 50 years of TONI&GUY, saw Global Creative Director Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck joined the judging panel using her hairdressing and fashion expertise to help reward those who have made an impact in the industry.

“The judging sequence was a tough one with so many talented and respected individuals and brands that share such a passion for their heritage like Toni&Guy,” says Sacha.
