Team building
An exciting hideaway in the heart of the Wicklow Mountains was the destination of choice for the annual seanhanna manager’s conference.
The team, led by the man himself Sean Hanna, reviewed the company’s performance over the past 12 months and learnt more about the new innovations and strategies planned for the year ahead.
While in the middle of the mountains, the team also took part in a number of exciting teambuilding exercises which included flying down a zip wire, climbing, archery, as well as a number of mind challenging team projects.
Sean says: “Taking the team outside their normal environment gives them the opportunity to analyse what they do and their performance in a much more objective way. In the early years, our managers were often people who we liked and trusted.
“These days, in addition to this, they’re genuine business men and women who develop and implement genuine strategies that promote business growth. This is much more exciting and much more fun too.
“In every way possible, getting all the seanhanna directors together with our managers can only have a positive benefit. “
