Terms & Conditions – Denman 9 Row Original Styler Giveaway

1. Eligibility
   This offer is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Salon Business, Denman, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

2. Promotion Period
   The promotion begins at midday May 21, 2025 and will end once 25 eligible new subscribers have signed up, or on August 31, 2025, whichever comes first.

3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must subscribe to the Salon Business Newsletter via the official sign-up form here. Only new subscribers are eligible to receive the free gift.

4. Offer Details
   The first 25 eligible new subscribers will each receive one (1) Denman D4 9 Row Original Styler. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

5. Notification and Fulfilment
   Winners will be contacted by email within 7 days of their sign-up to confirm their eligibility and request a delivery address. If no response is received within 10 days, the prize may be forfeited and offered to the next eligible subscriber.

6. Multiple Entries
   Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate sign-ups will not increase chances of receiving the free gift and may result in disqualification.

7. Data Protection
   By signing up, participants agree to the use of their personal data in accordance with Salon Business’ privacy policy. Data will be used solely for administering the promotion and delivering newsletters.
