LFW SS26: Ahluwalia x Toni & Guy
Affinity is an exploration of the multifaceted nature of love: it’s tenderness and its turbulence, its intimacy and its grandeur.
TONI&GUY Global Creative Director and British Hairdresser of the Year, Cos Sakkas along with the TONI&GUY Session Team created the hair looks at London Fashion Week for Ahluwalia SS26 collection.
The team opted for LABEL.M Fashion Edition Heat Protection Mist as their hero product.
Following on from Ahluwalia’s exploration of the nature of love, the team created a sleek bun, enhanced by three distinct hair strips running through the top and sides.
Each strip embodies a different emotional aspect of love defined by the designer – joy, heartbreak, and the wrenching feeling of a knotted stomach.
In contrast the tight, polished construction of the bun reflects the strength and unwavering solidarity that love brings, capturing the emotional depth and graceful elegance of its power.
