Hertfordshire Hair and Beauty Blogger event
Hertfordshire beauty bloggers were treated to the latest in a schedule of beauty blogging events by the team at Atelier Hairdressing & Beauty Rooms. Six of the most active blogging personalities in the area were invited to the intimate event held at the salon in Redbourn.
Hosted by the salon team, all guests were welcomed by salon owners Karen Hyam and Lorraine Fletcher before learning about 3 key trends for summer.
While guests enjoyed light drinks and canapés, questions were in full flow the team explained and created the beach wave, looped ponytail and rope braid styles before the invited beauty bloggers were allocated their own stylist to work with the trends.
Pippa, Editor of herts.muddystilettos.co.uk said: ‘It was great to get a sneak peek at three of the most gorgeous SS16 styles, and I loved that they’re all such relaxed looks. It was a real treat to see the team demonstrating them – and enjoying a bit of Atelier pampering as well! Now I’m off to grow my hair so I can loop that ponytail!’
Lisa Bollins of lisahh-jayne.com added: ‘I love local Hertfordshire events because they so much easier to get to, and it’s nice to meet local bloggers. Local events interest me so much more than those in central London. It was great to hear from the stylists at Atelier about the upcoming hair trends, and they were great to show us how to do these on our own hair. It was another fantastic event!’
Salon Co-owner Lorraine Fletcher said: ‘This was our second beauty blogging event that welcomed some new faces to the salon. Our team really enjoyed developing the format of the event and bringing it to life for our invited bloggers.’
Everyone left with salon goody bags with REDKEN products that were used during the evening. Atelier Hairdressing and Beauty Rooms is located on High Street, Redbourn, Hertfordshire.
