This appointment brings together Antony’s wealth of experience in international hairdressing, beauty and cosmetics, drawn from his days at L’Oréal and Reckitt Benckiser. Antony is delighted to be returning to the industry which shaped his vision and passion for business, having spent nearly a decade within the hair and beauty sector before accepting a more recent move into the FMCG sector.
Recent Experience
Most recently Antony held the position of President and Managing Director of Barilla, a FMCG company based in Japan. During his tenure he turned around the fortunes of the company, creating double digit growth and securing multi-channel market expansion. Antony is a skilled boardroom negotiator with experience of domestic as well as international markets. A strategic thinker who understands the value of a strong senior management team, Antony’s vision will ensure continued success for ghd.
