Nanokeratin & Alan Howard Surprise Salon Owners with New Mazda MX5
Salon International 2019 was filled with news from some of the industry’s biggest names, demonstrations from up and coming stylists and a whole host of surprises. None more so, however, than for Lee Jones-Nash and Rob White, the owners of three stunning Midlands-based salons, who couldn’t quite believe the announcement of winning a fabulous Mazda MX5.
The Competition
As the exclusive UK distributor of Nanokeratin System, Alan Howard Ltd collaborated with the innovative hair brand on this year-long competition. Originally launched at Salon International back in 2018, haircare professionals were entered into a lucrative prize draw when purchasing any intro kit or litre of Nanokeratin from the Stockport based wholesaler. Hundreds of products were sold and multiple ticket holders entered, right up until the live draw at Salon International 2019. Executive Director of Hairdressers Journal Magazine, Jayne Lewis-Orr, created a buzz of excitement as she drew the winning ticket at this year’s exhibition, and announced the lucky winners.
To The Winner!
After the show, the Mazda MX5 convertible, worth £26,000, was personally delivered to Lee and Rob in Warwick, at one of Naswhite’s three salon locations, and presented to them by Paul Brooks, National Sales Manager, and Adam Tudor, Senior Marketing Manager, from Alan Howard. The duo were overwhelmed with winning such an incredible prize, more so being so close to the upcoming 10th anniversary of opening their first salon. They announced “We were so shocked to have won this amazing prize, we never win anything so it really was a bolt from the blue when we got the call”.
