#SBAWARDS: How To Enter our Customer Service Salon of the Year Category
Past winners include Hazel & Haydn as our Customer Services Salon of the year in our digital awards ceremony. Now we’re on the lookout for this year’s winner! Here’s how you can enter.
The Category
This award will go to the salon that serves their clients better than any other salon. This begins before the client enters the salon and ends long after they leave.
Who Can Enter
UK based salons that offer hair services.
How To Enter
Examples of when good service has been provided will be needed, including a testimony from a client that is happy to be contacted. There will also be questions around the salon’s customer service model, including marketing, the client journey and dealing with customer complaints. The winner will be selected by our judging panel in two stages.
What Judges Are Looking For
– Strong examples of when a good service was offered
– Innovative ways to serve clients better
– Clear procedure for customer complaints
– Good service throughout the client’s journey
