The anticipation is building as the Salon Business Awards 2025 final approaches, celebrating the best and brightest in the hair industry. Recognised as one of the most prestigious awards in the sector, this event honours salons, teams, and individuals who demonstrate exceptional talent, innovation, and business excellence.

Now we’re announcing the finalists with the support of sponsors Jena, Keratin Complex, Remi Cachet and HairCon. They have been carefully selected in the first round of judging from a highly competitive pool of entries, showcasing the creativity, dedication, and professionalism that define the industry. With categories ranging from Most Creative Salon [sponsored by HairCon] to SOLO Artist of the Year [sponsored by Jena], the awards highlight outstanding achievements across various aspects of the salon business.

1. General 1.1 By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket for SB Awards Grand Final (the “Event”), the ticket holder (the “Attendee”) agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. 1.2 The Event organiser (the “Organiser”) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Ticket Purchase and Entry 2.1 All tickets must be purchased through authorised sellers. Unauthorised resales or transfers are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation. 2.2 Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation or rescheduling by the Organiser. 2.3 Entry to the Event requires a valid ticket. Attendees may be required to provide identification upon request. 2.4 Finalist bundles are limited to one per finalist. The name of this finalist may be requested on the door. 

3. Event Conduct and Safety 3.1 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any Attendee whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of venue policies. 3.2 Attendees must comply with all security checks and safety protocols, including bag checks and screening. 3.3 The Organiser is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged at the Event. 3.4 Any unauthorised commercial activity, including selling goods or services, is prohibited within the venue.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations 4.1 The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event, including but not limited to schedule, performers, and seating arrangements. 4.2 In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or ticket exchange for a rescheduled date. 4.3 The Organiser is not responsible for additional costs incurred by the Attendee, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

5. Liability and Indemnity 5.1 The Attendee assumes all risks associated with attending the Event. 5.2 The Organiser is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the Attendee unless caused by the gross negligence of the Organiser. 5.3 Attendees agree to indemnify the Organiser against any claims resulting from their actions at the Event.

6. Media and Photography 6.1 The Organiser and its partners may capture photos, video, and audio recordings during the Event for promotional purposes. 6.2 By attending the Event, the Attendee grants the Organiser a royalty-free license to use their likeness in promotional material without compensation.

7. Data Protection 7.1 Personal data provided during ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy. 7.2 The Organiser will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law 8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Event is held. 8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
