Philipp Haug at LFW SS26
This London Fashion Week SS26, Haug London Haus co-founder Philipp Haug led the hair direction for two standout shows: Edeline Lee and Hu Bing.
Edeline Lee
This collection was inspired by the early 20th-century women’s rights movement, with nods to circus motifs and playful detailing with collars and buttons.

“The hair needed to honour that strength while staying modern and wearable, without becoming retro. I kept the look clean and powerful with low, sleek ponytails pulled away from the face, which gave the models an empowered silhouette,”– Philipp.
“The hair was styled with a sharp side parting and smoothed into a sleek crown using mousse and gel from Schwarzkopf’s Session Label range. Depending on the outfit, ponytails were either tucked neatly into clothing (when paired with bold colours) or left simple and elegant,”– Phillip.
Hu Bing
The brief for this showcase at Freemasons’ Hall, was all about versatility. Many of the models wore hats, so the hair had to balance editorial flair with clean lines. Philipp created two key looks.

“I created a wrapped ponytail, which was essentially a low ponytail taken to the next level by wrapping long lengths of hair around itself, creating a sculptural, silhouette,”– Phillip.
“Under the hats short and edgy pixie fringes peeked out from beneath, giving a playful 1960s vibe. Products were kept minimal, using mousse and flexible hairspray to ensure the finish was polished yet natural,” – Phillip.
