Matthew Fleetwood has been announced as the new Scumbassador for Reuzel UK! Matt will be joining Paul Taylor Clinch as Reuzel UK’s brand-new Educator.
Musician Turned Barber
Matt’s passion for barbering started when he began cutting his own hair to save money. Soon, he became just as obsessive about executing the perfect haircut as he did writing songs. After a while of cutting his own hair, Matt decided to learn the tricks of the trade by enrolling on a barbering course at the world-renowned Sid Sottung Academy.
Platform Artist
Now, Matt has been delivering barbering education for almost four years alongside Sid in Nottingham where he has found his career excel beyond belief. Sharing his knowledge across the globe, Matt has worked as a platform artist at multiple trade shows and London Fashion Week, all while still teaching at the academy. His work has been featured in some of the top industry magazines, and he has competed in global hair competitions.
Inspirational Educator
He is a truly inspirational educator and his skills are adaptable for both aspiring and advanced barbers. After spending time at the Old School Academy in Rotterdam with the famous Schorem barbers, Matt is ready to teach you everything he knows – the Reuzel way!
