Intercoiffure Mondial
Colchester salon owner Nick Mitchell has just returned from Paris where he shared his vision for creating cool looks with young hairdressers from across the world.
Nick travelled to Paris for the annual Intercoiffure Mondial, where 500 hairdressers from 35 countries come together to celebrate innovation and excellence in the industry.
His role was to work with a team of 28 young hairdressers as part of the Foundation Guillaume, which was created to ensure creativity continues to flourish among younger stylists within the industry.
As a member of the Guillaume fashion team and the official photographer, Nick had a key role in working with the young international team helping them learn new techniques and preparing for their final stage show.
Nick added” On the final night of the Mondial, the young hairdressers present a show in front of all the guests which can be very daunting. What they learn in the run-up to the show is really important as it helps build their confidence.”
