Edd Moss Joins Headmasters’ Creative Ambassador Team
Edd will continue to teach at the Headmasters London Academy and work with clients at the Fulham Broadway and Mayfair salons, in addition to developing key creative initiatives.
Edd began his journey with Headmasters nine years ago at the Brighton salon. His career then took him to London, where he worked across the Fitzrovia, Soho, and Mayfair salons.
For the past six years, Edd has been a vital part of the Headmasters Artistic Team, delivering advanced education and creative training to the group’s 800-strong team of stylists. Edd will join the current Creative Ambassador team—Clare Hansford, Danielle Louis, and Sian Couldridge—to drive innovation, champion creativity, and help shape the future direction of the Headmasters brand.
New Role
Edd will continue to teach at the Headmasters London Academy and work with clients at the Fulham Broadway and Mayfair salons. He will also play a leading role in developing key creative initiatives, representing Headmasters at industry events, and acting as a spokesperson for the brand within the press and wider hairdressing community.

2022 – Selected for the prestigious Fellowship Project X programme.
2023 – Joined the F.A.M.E. Team.
2024 – Winning the Afro Award at the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Awards.
2025 – Mentors other members of the Artistic Team.
Skills & Specialisms
A highly skilled stylist and colourist, Edd has developed a particular interest in textured hair, honing his expertise under the guidance of industry icons including Nicole Iroh, Errol Douglas, and Jenni Roberts. Edd has since developed a specialist training course, “The Art of Texture”, now available to all stylists within the Headmasters group via the London Academy.
As Creative Ambassador
Edd will help shape the future of Headmasters’ creative direction. This includes leading standout initiatives such as Colour Heroes, an internal colour competition designed to inspire stylist creativity, as well as contributing to trend-led editorial work, education programmes, and industry showcases.
