“I tend to be more reserved than Ashley, which allows me to closely observe the team’s work, ensuring a consistently high standard. I’m always watching, always learning, and always ready to step in and provide our team with the guidance they need to keep pushing themselves. My role is to develop both the brand and the team,” Steph explains.

“For some people, I understand why working with their spouse can be challenging, but it just works so well for Ashley and me. I think it’s because we each have our own lane and responsibilities and give each other the freedom to excel in our respective areas. I know I can bounce ideas off him, and we can brainstorm, but ultimately, I have creative freedom over my Clients and projects,” she adds.
