SB at HAIRCON
Celebrating Talent, Trends & Thought Leadership
The buzz of innovation and creativity was palpable at this year’s HAIRCON, and Salon Business was proud to be at the heart of it all. From championing the Salon Business Awards winners on our vibrant stand, to our very own Editor Jo Charlton leading a must-see panel on the Social Stage, HAIRCON was a weekend full of inspiration, collaboration and celebration of the industry’s brightest talent.

A Stand That Celebrated Excellence
Our Salon Business stand was a constant hive of activity across the weekend, as visitors met, mingled and connected with this year’s SBAward winners. From innovative colourists to standout salons and game-changing teams, we spotlighted the best in the business, offering attendees the chance to meet the people behind the accolades.

Throughout the show, our winners took time to share their journeys, discuss their successes and connect with fellow professionals. Their energy, passion, and authenticity reinforced exactly why they were chosen to take home a Salon Business Award in the first place.
Whether it was salon owners looking for inspiration or up-and-coming talent seeking mentorship, the SBA winners were generous with their time, advice and insights — making our stand a destination for meaningful conversations and future-forward thinking.
Jo Charlton Hosts Key Panel on the Social Stage
On Monday, Salon Business Editor Jo Charlton took to the Social Stage to host an unmissable panel exploring how salons and stylists can future proof their businesses and grow their brand to reach new audiences. The discussion, packed with practical takeaways and honest advice, saw Jo in conversation with leading voices in the hair world including Keune’s Darren Potter, Loop HRs Ian Egerton, Andrew Jose of Andrew Jose Salon and Revlon’s Chris Moss.

The key takeaway? Set goals, but keep them realistic – and don’t forget to review and adjust as you go.
More Than a Presence – A Platform
By spotlighting the winners of the Salon Business Awards and giving them a platform to share their stories, we continued our mission to champion excellence, innovation and community in the industry.
Our participation also offered a preview of what’s to come, as we look forward to next year’s SB Awards on March 16, 2026, and more opportunities to celebrate and connect the UK’s leading salon professionals.
To everyone who stopped by our stand, joined the panel or simply said hello, thank you. Your passion fuels our mission, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.
