Running for princesses
Andrew Barton, celebrity hairdresser and Keune UK Creative Ambassador swapped his scissors for running shoes month as he took on the challenge of running the Brighton Marathon in aid of The Little Princess Trust, for whom he is Hair Ambassador.
Andrew smashed his target of £5,000 raising and has worked with the charity for many years. The Little Princess Trust has given hair and hope to children battling and living with illness related hair loss since 2006 and has provided thousands of real hair wigs to young people aged up to 24 across the UK and Ireland.
Andrew said: “The Little Princess Trust does amazing work and I’m proud to be their Hair Ambassador. It’s a charity that’s extremely close to my heart. As a hairdresser I understand the importance of how you look affects how you feel. Knowing that the money I raised from the Brighton Marathon will help to make a real difference to children going through one of the hardest times of their life makes all the training and sore legs worth it.”
