2024 Festival Season is all about Long Hair

2024 Festival Season is all about Long Hair
Sam Robinson

King Kylie, the reigning supreme of Coachella and festival season hair trends, has spoken. Long hair is back!

With Coachella right around the corner we predict it’s going to be a clean sweep when it comes to the festival’s biggest hair trend – we’re going to be seeing waist length, gently waved, mermaid style lengths.

As Kylie Jenner reported live from her jet to her millions of Followers on Instagram stating: “missed this long hairrr.”

Summer Trends
Coachella sets the tone for the Summer’s biggest hair and beauty trends, so get ahead of the curve.
Thanks to hair extension technology you could be rocking trouser grazing inches in just one appointment!

“Hair extension technology and techniques have come such a long way. The quality of hair and access to different methods and techniques in 2024 is unmatched. There really is something for
everyone and every hair type!” – Katy Grimshaw, Founder of Spectrum One Hair Extensions.

Choices

“At Spectrum One Hair Extensions we offer Wefts, I-Tips, Nanos, Clip-in and Tape options, all of these are methods that don’t require any glue. We steer clear of any of the methods that require glue and heat as part of the application as it’s generally not great for the natural hair. It’s a myth that extensions damage your natural hair, maybe 10 years ago, but not now,”- Katy.

Pairing Method + Technique
“Tapes are great for all hair types, particularly thin and fine hair as they work on a large surface area meaning less tension and damage. Wefts are for Clients who want that thick and full look, but they’re also for all hair types as there are lots of different variations depending on the Clients’ hair needs. I-Tips and Nanos are the most natural and lightweight, with both methods Clients can still run their fingers through their hair. Nano’s are specifically designed for clients with fine hair because the attachments are really small.

If your extensions are applied correctly they should always look natural, so I’d always recommend going to a salon for this as opposed to any at-home application. If your Stylist has got the volume, density, and colour blend right then you’ll achieve the most natural and blended look. Hitting those three things are key to achieving a Kylie Jenner inspired look,” – Katy.
