Angelo Vallillo, International Sebastian Professional Artist, talks to Salon Business Online about his day mentoring the Sebastian Professional CULT Team.

“This week I’ve had the opportunity to work with and mentor the Sebastian Professional CULT Team; a team which I was also part of at the beginning of my career.

 

 

“As time has gone on, I personally really appreciate more and more what Sebastian Professional is all about. Having been on the CULT team myself, I understand that being part of this team gives you a great insight into Sebastian Professional’s philosophy.

“During my day with the CULT Team, we dived into the new Sebastian Professional ‘Transcendence’ Collection. With a mixture of demonstrations and workshops, we focused on the augmented bob haircut, which is the foundation haircut for this collection. We also got to grips with the new Sebastian Professional Dark Oil which is incredible!

 

“The team has been learning new techniques all day, which are very different and unique. The CULT Team is all about learning and pushing their own boundaries of creativity.

“For me, education and mentoring is the biggest thing in our industry. This is how I’ve progressed so much. You never stop learning and there is always something new to learn; that’s the beauty of our industry.

“Sebastian Professional has made me who I am today. There is always so much detail and story behind all the collections, it’s revolutionising. Sebastian Professional collections are always ahead of the time, constantly pushing the boundaries. This is what I love.”
