The nationwide search for the shining stars of the next generation of your industry culminated in the Wella Professionals Xposure 2014 winners being announced at the Wella World Studio London.

The search started with a photographic entry which saw students challenged in creating a commercial cut and colour. Eighty photographic entries were selected by Wella Professionals to through to one of the four Regional Heats with the top five from each region heading to the National Final.

The final 20 students arrived at the Wella World Studio London ready to compete in the national final. Each competitor was tasked with styling and creating a finished look. Judged by some of the industries most respected names including Adam Harris from MG Hairdressing, Peter Prosser from Peter Prosser Hairdressing and Clinton James from Clinton James Salon the winners were announced.

Gold Xposure Winner: Lauren Thompson, Reflections Training Academy

Silver Xposure Winner: Kayleigh Ritchie, Moray College UHI

Bronze Xposure Winner: Tayler Ritchie, Fife College

The top three winners receive an impressive package including for the gold winner: £1,000 Wella Professionals training vouchers, a tool kit to the value of £500 and a chance to shadow a hairdressing icon backstage at the Wella TrendVision Award UK & Ireland Final 2014.
