HOB Salons launch new VIP cards for clients
HOB Salons has launched a series of VIP cards, designed to offer clients great value for money with additional services and discounts gifted to them. The cards – available as Silver VIP, Gold VIP, Platinum VIP and HOB Man VIP – are available for clients to purchase, with a selection of savings available throughout the year.
Silver
The Silver VIP card is the entry level for women to purchase at £250 and they receive a minimum of £85 worth of savings; the Platinum VIP card costs £500 with a minimum of £176 worth of savings.
Value For Money
Natasha Grossman, General Manager at HOB Salons, explains: “During these challenging times we wanted to offer our clients great value for money. We don’t want our clients to have to compromise on looking and feeling great and these cards are a way for our clients to invest in their hair and themselves. As a business, we are trying to increase client loyalty and client retention and these cards are an opportunity to expose our clients to new experiences and products. We are gifting additional services such as Wella and Olaplex that they may not have experienced before.”
Credit
The client will receive an additional 10% credit loaded onto their VIP card based on their initial spend, to be used towards hairdressing services and retail products. In addition to this they are able to receive complimentary in-salon treatments, Olaplex services, blow dries, money-off services and retail products as well as an ongoing 10% off all retail products whilst their VIP card is valid.
