Headmasters announces new directors
From 1st April 2024, Jo Wickenden, Laura Geary, Simon Barlow, and Sophie Hill will join the board of Directors and take on the day-to-day responsibilities of running the 54-salon group.
The current Directors, John Sanders, Trevor Sanders, Mike Taylor, Mark Foster & Tim Binnington, who have been instrumental in the success of the Headmasters Salon Group for the last 40 years, have decided to step down from their day-to-day director’s responsibilities but will remain as Shareholders.
Roles
Laura Geary, the Chief Operating Officer, who has been with Headmasters for 29 years, will continue to oversee the smooth functioning of all the salons under the Headmasters brand. Jo Wickenden, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer, will bring her extensive financial expertise to the board. Simon Barlow, the Chief Information Officer, will be responsible for implementing innovative technology solutions to enhance the customer experience and Sophie Hill, the Chief Marketing Officer, will lead the marketing & communications strategy of the company.
