Over 300 hairdressers descended on the Staffordshire theme park Alton Towers for the Clynol Profile Weekend where they learnt about new launches, witnessed sizzling shows and heard the announcement of the award winners.

Welcomed by new general manager for UK and Ireland, Henkel beauty care professional Michael Berggren it wasn’t long before guests realised they were in for a treat. The marketing team began introducing Clynol Viton S and the endless colour possibilities before a hair show brought the passion of the brand to life.

Madonna-inspired impact blondes, raspberry reds aka Rihanna, orange coppers a la Florence Welch and Katy Perry’s violet and brunette tones set the stage courtesy of Gary Taylor from Edward & Co, Melenie Tudor from En Route Hair and Beauty, Sara Barlow of Vanilla by Sara Barlow and previous Protégé team member Emma Bedwell from Hoop Haircutters.

“This weekend is a real celebration of true love – true love for colour, true love for our brand and a true love for our industry. There’s business sharing, creative inspiration, fun team activities and all tied up with an awards ceremony – what a great mix of love and laughter: it’s one of the best combinations I can think of!” says Head of PPS for UK and Ireland Henkel Beauty care professional Stephen Mcdowell.
