Blue Tit Hammersmith Opens
Marking its 15th salon with more to come this year in Blackheath and Battersea.
The new Hammersmith space is inspired by the Italian heritage of co-owners Stephania Mastrogiuseppe and Feud, featuring soft Mediterranean hues, suspended mirrors, tactile surfaces, opulent lighting and playful details – a warm welcoming salon that feels both luxurious and homely.
Even more inspiring is Stefania’s journey: moving from Italy to London as a stylist, retraining with the Blue Tit Academy, working her way up from assistant to assistant manager, and now proudly launching her own salon in Hammersmith.

She moved to London from Italy as a qualified stylist, and knew that she still had a lot to learn, especially when it came to cutting and improving English. Blue Tit London gave her the chance to re-train through the Academy, which helped her to build confidence and grow her skills. At the same time, she worked as an assistant at the Portobello salon, where she got loads of hands-on experience and support.
After finishing her training, she became a stylist at Portobello and started building her client base. Over time, she moved from Level 1 to Level 3 and eventually became Assistant Manager. That’s when she realised that she was ready for something even bigger – so now, with Blue Tit London’s support, she’s opened her own franchise in Hammersmith!
