The Liquid Toner
Blonde Solutions range of semi-permanent toners designed for blondes available in four on trend shades: Rose (beige), Platinum (violet), Chrome (ash) and Viridi (natural). Developed with cocoa butter and rice protein to strengthen and hydrate the hair during the toning process. The intermixable toners can be used straight from the bottle with no developer required and can be custom mixed to create bespoke shades lasting 6-8 washes.
