CHEVEUX SALON CELEBRATES 10 YEARS IN BUSINESS BY GIVING BACK

CHEVEUX SALON CELEBRATES 10 YEARS IN BUSINESS BY GIVING BACK
Sam Robinson

Cheveux Salon is celebrating 10 years in business this June, and they’re celebrating with one hell of a party coinciding with hometown Loanhead’s annual Gala Day.

Day of Fun

he team, lead by former Schwarzkopf SKP Collective member, Stacey Whyte, will be hosting a day of fun, hairstyling and of course bubbles all for a good cause on Saturday 25th June. For one day only, Stacey and the team will be offering ‘free hair’ to everyone, where anyone, clients and perspective clients can drop in and have their hair done for no charge. However, they will be encouraged to donate to two fabulous charities via a simple QR scan. Each appointment will also include a free hair analysis with a full personal bespoke product prescription.

Targets

All money raised will be split between the Loanhead Gala Day and the Saltersgate SEN school, a special needs school which Stacey’s son has attended for over six years. Stacey and the team have set themselves a modest fundraising target of £500, and with £155 already raised, so they are well on track to smash their target.

10 Years

Cheveux Salon owner, Stacey Whyte commented: “It’s so exciting to be celebrating 10 years. We’ve always been involved in local activities, and I think the last two years have really made people appreciate their local community and support local businesses.

Gala Day

We have a strong voice locally and so want to use it to give back and raise money the Gala Day – which everyone can enjoy for free but relies on fundraising. And Saltersgate SEN school charity holds a place my heart as my son has attended there for over six years. It’s an amazing school that looks after special needs children from a wide geographical area.”
