‘There is no doubt that the last year has been difficult for salon owners. Following two lockdowns we have had to come back bigger and better than before. We wanted to create something that our guests could feel part of and give it that bespoke, exclusive edge.
Colour Club
Our ROAR Colour Club is perfect for our guests that want to keep their colour looking fresh as possible at all times. Members of this club will receive our luxury Colour Brilliance Ritual with every colour service. This ensures their colour looks its best for 6 weeks. Alternatively for guests with damaged hair will receive our Bondpro+ Ritual with each colour appointment. This will reduce breakage and protect their hair.
Tailored Service
The different services within this club allows us to tailor the service to each individual guest and keeps that air of exclusivity for the club. To add even more value to this for our guests they will receive a pure pigment additive to boost shine and stop fading as well as 10% off all retail in salon. All of this costs them just £60 for the year which equals just £5 per month.
Affordably Priced
By keeping our Colour Club membership at an affordable price we are more likely to encourage our clients to sign up. In turn this helps to boost salon income and ensures our guests hair is in great condition and their colour looks the best it can. Subsequently our guests are likely to recommend us to their friends and be even more satisfied following their appointment.
Style Club
For guests that adore their hair style we have the ROAR Style Club. Simply this club gives our guests two free style dry’s. We ask them to pay for ten and give two free of charge. This is valid for them to redeem throughout the year which averages one per month. They can also take advantage of our 10% off all retail products and are first to know about current hair styling trends and makeup/beauty information from ROAR.
In terms of generating income, initiatives like this work brilliantly in our experience. You are generating revenue prior to carrying out the services which is beneficial.
