The Hairdressers’ Charity: One Hour, One Day
With over 300 applications a year, and 100 long term beneficiaries, it is crucial that The Hairdressers’ Charity raise as much money as possible to support hairdressers who need it the most. Now here’s your chance to donate using just one hour of your day, doing what you do best – hairdressing!
It’s Easy!
It couldn’t be easier. Take away the usual time planning and organising of a fundraising event, and simply donate your time. With up to 270,000 people in the UK working in the hairdressing, barbering and beauty industry, if every single one of them got involved in our One Hour, One Day… Well, imagine the results!
When?
Join your fellow hairdressers on either Friday 29th or Saturday 30th September 2017 in its One Hour, One Day of fundraising. For one hour on either date donate your time to Helping Hairdressers in Need. That simply means for all your appointments during that one hour, simply donate the sales to The Hairdressers’ Charity – it’s super easy!
Here’s A Tip
Get your salon team to start an hour earlier, or even stay an hour later, then simply select an hour during the day to donate. Whichever works for you! The One Hour, One Day initiative is also open to any hairdressing associates not actually cutting hair but active within the industry. All’s the charity is asking is that you donate an hour of your own salary on either of those two days too. Simple!
