iSalon updates
iSalon are always investing in ways to help salons, spas and colleges increase efficiency. The leading innovative industry software have launched several exciting new additions and upgrades to their established and respected system.
Version 11 – The latest version of their salon management and marketing software is now being rolled out, with many usability improvements and enhanced features designed to help salons, spas and colleges run as smoothly and effectively as possible.
Users are now able to access client records with the Postcode Lookup Tool. iSalon now integrates with a new external Postcode Lookup service which will enable salons to auto populate the address fields on a client.
The reporting function has also been updated with list of sales, outstanding courses and accruals reports now being available. A new ‘Available Online Only’ check box has been added to the discount record card which prevents the discount from being offered in salon.
iSalon are also introducing iBookings 3 and MySite;
iBookings 3 is an updated version of the current online bookings system and incorporates new features including filling last minute appointments with the ‘squeeze me in’ feature, staff bios, sale of gift vouchers and courses to boost revenue and personalisation with salon images.
MySite has been created to allow salons that do not have a website to have a fully customisable site produced by iSalon that integrates with iBookings 3. The site incorporates salon images and salon information such as opening hours, contact details, team information including bios and pictures. Social media platform links are provided along with Google Map integration ensuring customers can easily be directed to the salon or spa.
