ghd is holding taster evenings on February 29 and March 1 and 2 for their ghd Style Squad and Graduate Styling Programme. A ‘finishing school for styling’, the highly sought-after ghd Style Squad gives a group of selected young stylists aged between 18 and 21 a year of creative experiences to complement traditional training and refine existing skills. The class of 2015/16 worked at the London Fashion Week pop up event, Salon International and a host of ghd media events and launches, giving them the chance to network, learn the tips and tricks of the industry’s elite and to create a powerful portfolio.
At the end of the year, each member is invited to present at the Graduation Ceremony at the ghd London Studio, allowing them to share their successes with friends and family.
The Graduate Styling Programme is led by Zoe Irwin and Anton Alexander and will take you further as you develop your skills, knowledge and confidence under the expert tuition of the ghd creative team and expert guest artists. The course is tailored to each individual, allowing them to focus on their own bespoke styling journey and upon completion, all graduates will hold a QCF ghd styling qualification.
It’s perfect for anyone looking for more than a one-off seminar, providing a solid foundation from which to build further skills – essential for anyone with a career as an award-winning stylist in their sights.
The ghd Style Squad taster evening will be held on Monday February 29, 2016 at 7pm, and the Graduate Styling Programme taster evening on Tuesday March 1, both at at the ghd London Studio. The second Graduate Styling Programme taster evening will be on Wednesday March 2, 2016 at 7pm at the ghd Leeds Academy.
