How To Enter
Evidence will need to be provided of consistently high retail sales. A good strategy including product education and staff incentives will score highly in this category. The winner will be selected by our judging panel in two stages.
What The Judges Are Looking For
– Innovative retail display
– Consistently high retail figures over the last three years [or as long as the salon has been open]
– Evidence of product education
– Well thought out strategies to increase retail sales, such as staff incentives
