January 2010

Date Added: 2010-01-11

To celebrate the new year, the January issue of Salon Business is a new size, with a new look, new mini-mag, new feel, new everything! The cover features a gorgeous collection image from the award-winning HOB Salons Creative Team (see HOB and Errol Douglas' collection online). Breaking News focuses on Guido Palau's new status as an icon of British fashion as well as HABB's courage and compassion awards. Happenings includes the lowdown on TIGI's Rockahlic tour and 40 years of Butler & Wilson.

The Januray issue also features Andrew Barton's gorgeous new Covent Garden salon, as well as the ultra cool Tommy Guns in New York. And if that wasn't enough there is tons of business advice from the likes of Toni Mascolo (read online) and Kelly Ly from HOB as well as an interview with BBC Young Hairdresser of the Year, Chris Appleton (see article online).

A major edition to Salon Business this January is the launch of our mini-mag Radar. Radar is a fabulous magazine which sheds light on the hairy alternative culture. From the people who spend every waking minute in search of hair inspiration, through to the self-employed stylists working tirelessly in their bedrooms, Radar is about the future of british hairdressing.... Go forth and cut hair
