It’s a fantastic news day for local business woman, Karen Thomson, who has been shortlisted for the 2018 Royal Bank of Scotland Great British Entrepreneur Awards in the Creative Industries Entrepreneur of the Year category.

About The Awards

Karen Thomson beat off some tough competition in order to make the regional shortlist, with a record number of businesses entering the awards nationally across the wide range of categories.

Household Names

Now in its sixth year, the Royal Bank of Scotland Great British Entrepreneur Awards acknowledges and celebrates the hard work and inspiring stories of British entrepreneurs and businesses in Great Britain, with many of the entrepreneurs who have won the awards are now household names.

Such A Surprise

Karen Thomson, Owner and Director of KAM Hair and Body Spa, commented, “When I received the news that I was a finalist in this years Great British Entrepreneur Awards I couldn’t believe it! It was such a surprise for me being up against so many other fantastic entrepreneurs and I am very proud to have been nominated. Fingers crossed for the awards ceremony in November!”

Inundated With Entries
