Fontwell Fun Day – Q on Tour!
Q On Tour romped home a clear winner when it took a festival-inspired stand to a family fun day at the local Fontwell racecourse on Sunday, September 4.
The six-strong team from the salon consisting of team members Lucia, Kellie, Amy, Lucy, Danielle and Kain were kept busy all day as they offered salon-quality hair and beauty on location, including braiding, dry styling, glitter partings and nail painting.
Race-goers flocked to the tent where music was pumping out from midday to 6pm and energy remained high all day, with Lucia and Amy even being summoned to the winning circle to show the growing crowd what was on offer.
The glitter went down a storm, with the hair team, Lucia, Kellie and Amy adding glitter and braids to over 30 children and adults alike.
Q had a huge social media presence on the day, with giveaways, interaction and competitions. One lucky person won a spa day for two worth £450 composing of a multitude of treatments.
At the end of the day the team sent a helium balloon soaring off with a special gift voucher attached and can’t wait to see whoever manages to find it come into the salon to claim their prize.
Q On Tour is a new performance standard for hair out of the salon, with the team attending weddings, events and special occasions to do hair, makeup and nails for many guests, all of whom expect salon-quality hair on location.
