TEAM BUILDING

TEAM BUILDING

The official Affinage Artistic Team, named the Colour Rebels, enjoyed an action packed week at the Affinage Head Office in Romsey, Southampton.

The newly appointed team of seven spent four days on the official Boot Camp engrossed in education, creative inspiration and enlightening seminars. Affinage Global Ambassador, Tracey Devine-Smith was flown in to conduct a Cut & Colour Workshop with the team. Other activities throughout the week included a session with some of Affinage’s leading educators for in-depth technical education, as well as a media & PR workshop with Summersby Media.

However it certainly wasn’t all work and no play for team members Darren Eaton (Solarium Point), Paul Thomas Farr (Destin hair and beauty), Iain Bruce-Low (Brucelow Hair), Sheree Thompson (Siren), Zoe Ball (Bliss Hair Therapy), Charlie Cleavely (Zoology) and Let Lew (One Two Six Hair Studio). The team enjoyed a team building session at Escape Room Challenge, meals out and a trip to the theatre.

This is the first Affinage Artistic Team from global haircare manufacturer Affinage, and the programme will last two years. The team will now work together on future activity including live shows, photoshoots, education and seminars.

“The team have had an incredible time on the Boot Camp and are so excited by what we have planned for the next two years. This is an amazing opportunity for them all to take their careers to the next level and with the close mentoring of Tracey-Devine Smith and UK & Ireland Technical Manager Sara-Solomon Jones. I’m confident that their creativity and passion is going to inspire the hairdressing industry throughout their Colour Rebels journey,” said Affinage & ASP Brand Director, Philip Sharp, who has been developing the project with the team.
