Goldwell has announced that London-based Daniel Martin, a world-class editorial hairstylist, as the new Global Styling Ambassador for the brand.

His creative experience and expertise has already shaped the editorial styling of Goldwell’s latest campaigns such as StyleSign, DualSenses, Elumen and the Colorance Collection. Daniel’s next mission will be guide the Color Zoom ’18 Creative Team in the creation of Goldwell’s annual Hair Fashion Collection.

“Daniel brings a whole new level of styling expertise to Goldwell. His perspective is young, edgy and definitely fashion-forward – he brings incredible runway and editorial experience to the brand,” says John Moroney, Vice President and Global Creative Director at Kao Salon Division.

Daniel will work closely with the Goldwell global brand on a variety of activities including concept and campaign execution and product development.

About Daniel Martin

Born in London, Daniel Martin began is career in a high street salon where he discovered his passion and talent for hairdressing. After nine successful years on the salon floor Daniel focused on becoming a session hair stylist.

He quickly became a key member of Eugene Souleiman’s International Hairdressing Team followed by appointment as first assistant to world renowned hairdressing icon, Garren. This position gave Daniel the opportunity to learn a more classical approach to styling hair for high end fashion advertising and advertorial.

Since then, Daniel has collaborated with numerous photographers including Mert and Marcus Glen Luchford, Terry Richardson and Giampaolo Sgura. His advertising clients include Stella McCartney, Max Mara, Diesel, Hugo Boss and Loewe.

Daniel has also styled an extensive list of celebrities, such as Catherine Deneuve, Ellie Goulding, Jennifer Garner, Lily James, Natalie Dormer, Penelope Cruz and Rita Ora.
